I was drawn in by this design as it very easily catches the viewer's attention without being an overly complex design. And this is where I have taken inspiration for my own leaflet. I like the simplistic design of the trees and I think that a similar design would be very effective in my design. I also like the subtle hints of a gradient on the greenery of the trees this is another part of the design that I would like to implement into my own work. Here is a selection of leaflets that I have taken inspiration from. What drew me to some of these is the minimalistic style that some of them have and that is something that I want to aim to have in my leaflet design because it can still be very effective whilst also not being overwhelming. Another part of the design that I want to implement into mine is the two-tone colours and subtle gradients that you see on some of the leaflets below as I find this can draw in the viewer's attention.  

My Final Design Process This is the start of my final design which has started to be improved from the rough sketches.   Next, I started to add some details and I experimented with making QR codes that will take you to websites of local trails that you can follow.  I have now started to add illustrations and images as one of the questions I asked the client was whether they would rather have more imagery or text and they decided on imagery as it would tell the story of the surrounding area. This is my Final version. The map will be A3 on the back side of the leaflet.
